We endeavour to ensure that all our indicators reach you immediately, are easy to install on the TradeStation platform, and run without bugs or issues. We use extensive beta-testing of our products to ensure that they perform exactly as intended before releasing them to the market.

In the unlikely event that you do encounter any issues with any of our indicators, we want to help. We’ve provided downloadable installation instructions below, along with answers to the frequently asked questions we receive.

How are your products supplied?

We know that you’re probably itching to get started with your new Delphic product, so we provide delivery in electronic format as standard. A download link for the EasyLanguage file (.eld), the User Manual, and the Installation Guide will be provided following payment, and will also be sent to you by email.

If you have any problems with the download link, you require a different download option for your product, or you have any other issues installing it in the TradeStation platform, then please do not hesitate to contact us and we’ll do our best to help.

How do I install an indicator in the TradeStation platform?

Installing indicators and add-ons in TradeStation is pretty straightforward, but we’ve put together a handy step-by-step PDF guide for those who need it: Installation Guide

What support/after-sales service do you offer?

We love to hear from our customers, whether with queries, comments or suggestions, and we offer a full email contact service at support@delphictrading.com. We want you to get the most of out of your purchase. Where required, we will also arrange a convenient time to contact you by phone and assist you with installation and operation difficulties.

Please note that we are unable to give advice on individual financial circumstances or specific trading decisions. For technical queries regarding your charting package or execution platform you should contact your data vendor or broker.

Do I get anything else with my software purchase?

Yes. Every customer receives access to the following:

  • All new customers automatically receive four free indicators. These can be obtained separately on the ‘free downloads’ page.
  • You will be given priority access to new Delphic indicator products and the latest research and trading ideas for our software. Occasionally we will also contact you with opportunities to test beta versions of new products for free.
  • To help you get the most out of our products, each one is supplied with a detailed User Manual. These can also be viewed on the indicator pages on this website, so that you can see exactly what you’re getting before you buy – we believe in helping you to make an informed choice. User Manuals provide detailed information about the concepts and market rationale behind the product, discretionary trading ideas and specific trade strategies, and the results of system backtesting and development.
  • Should we ever identify any incompatibilities or bugs in our software, or release any updates or changes, we’ll be in touch via email to provide you with the updated versions.

I think that I might like to buy one of your products, but I’m not sure. Can I have a free trial?

Yes – we offer a free one month trial of any of our products. To receive your free trial software, please contact us here, stating clearly which indicator you would like to test-drive.

I’ve seen a similar indicator elsewhere for less, will you match the price?

We believe that our prices are already highly competitive, but we will endeavour to beat the price of any similar product available elsewhere. Please note, however, that Delphic indicators often contain additional functionality that is not available from other trading software suppliers, so direct price comparisons may not be relevant. If you have a query regarding the price of an Delphic product then please contact us and we will do our best to help.
